I wonder why the prices of apartments in this project are so low compared to other developments. Like a 1100 sq. Feet 2 bedroom apartment is for 32 lakh only?
The project seems to be well into construction.

Dear Zain, the prices seem low to Athar so thats why he is a bit suspicious about the project. He is asking from members having knowledge about that project some further clarification about the project. So, I think this is not objectionable.

I know someone who has purchased an apartment here and he is satisfied with the over all progress of the Defense Residency project. Although construction was bit slow in 2011 but over all its good.
