I have a plot in f-16/3. Someone told me that the society will demand around 12 lac development charges in near future. I am very worried, can someone give me an advise on this issue.

Development was supposed to start in F-16 in april, is that true? Any progress in this.
They gave the date 15th april to start the development in f 16.
I asked from their office and they said development charges will be demanded later.
Lets hope they start development and if they does it well prices of plots will also rise then there would be no problem for us paying them the development charges.
