I have a 200 sq. Yard plot in e-16/3 that i bought for purpose of building a house on in future. However i am abroad currently and not really aware of the situation on ground. Is e-16/3 a good sector to build a house in for living in or putting on rent? I heard somewhere that there is significant water problems in e-16. Is that true? Any guidance appreciated. Thank you so much.
Alot of people are living there and more new houses are under construction, for living purpose its good, regarding water issue, yes there is water issue in few patches, which could be 5% around overall its ok and people are using boring water
