Fetah jang neglected? No one seems to talk about it, is it worth investing in? What are the advanatges and disadvantages? Its near the airport and seem to sell bulk like 50 kanals for some reason, can houses or shop be built there, why are they doing this?

Any advice would be appreciated!

        All areas near the new islamabad international airport will be very valuable in the foreseeable future. The area on fateh jang road after pechs will have many societies - this is the area of the future because gt road is now taken over by societies almost up to taxila.

        Most people (like all of us debating housing societies on this forum) are not interested in raw land. We are interested in plots in developed or developing societies where others have made the real money. Investors of plots play safe and make a few lakhs here and there.

        But if someone is enterprising, has the resources (or can obtain financing from banks, friends, partners wherever) and he is willing to work hard, the areas around fateh jang can see dust turning to gold!
