Is there any new news about the construction work in G-11/3 flats? The government and contractor have some issue between them. Is they solve their issues.

I have read in news paper a few days back that government has given funds to PHA so lets hope PHA will pay the pending dues to contractor I am interested in buying PGA flat for general public ground floor type C or D which are not completed yet. Can you tell me the prices please.
Plus if you want to sell PHA flats for Govt. employees then you need to get NOC from NAB Otherwise you can’t transfer it to someone’s name.
