I own a 4 marla commercial plot in green palms gwadar. Please advice the better option with investment point of view, either to sell it or to keep it on hold, also is there some development going on?

I think you should sell it at some loss and get rid of it. Green palms gawadar does not have good reputation in the market as of now as the news suggest that they have yet to initiate any development and has only category B NOC.
