5 7 10 kanal farm houses on installments. Location is around 18km from m! Intersection of Islamabad-Peshawar motorway.
Any expert comments about this project and as an investment, how it is worth?
Farm houses are different thing and if some one has spare money, then only can invest there. Its prices may not jump as high as in residential schemes.
I'd recommend to buy in b17 rather then Islamabad Orchard.

It is one of the best option of future investment. It is very cheep and under the banner of multi professional. All the plots are sold out in no time and now available on own of 5 lac on old and 1.5 lac on new file. It can be double in 2 years.
They are saying development in Multi Orchard scheme will be completed early next year and possession will be given officially in mid next year. This sounds very good if it is true.
