Please any body wrtite what is the status of margalla avenue extension from d12 to gt road?
Right now, Islamabad Highway is being extended/Upgraded for signal free corridor till rawat. So all machinery seems diverted towards that. Margalla avenue seems in snag.

i hope its phase 2 of d-12 to GT road. Can it be done in 500 million ?
Today NS discussed in details about different projects of Islamabad like signal free expressway, kashmir highway, muree expressway, roads of different sectors of Islamabad but he didnt talk about margala road or avenue.
GT road to D-12 is phase 1. D-12 to 7th avenue is phase 2. In current CDA budget there is allocation for phase 2. There nothing mentioned about phase 1 in current budget.
Any update about MA project. Whether work is going on or stalled.
No work, any one in cda having links can advise ?
