Punjab Government announced Rawalpindi-Islamabad Metro Bus Service.What is the route in Islamabad and will that affect real estate in Islamabad as a whole?

Metro bus effect to transporters not on real estate.First route is Mall Road , Murree Road IJP ,9th Avenue to Blue Area Pak sect. Next phase required for Taxila and Wah peoples
The Authority concerned must also plan and incorporate Metro route right upto the New Islamabad Airport. Reportedly Kashmir Highway is being widened and extened upto the New Airport, Metro route must be built into the overall plan at this stage to integrate the entire trafic flow.
It will be a positive change n blessing for many if done properly
Yeah, InshAllah, it is going to be a very positive project and will help the people of twin cities to get rid of those traffic mafias, plus , it is a very good suggestion by Mr.Khalid, about Kashmir Highway Metro to be planned on these initial stages, it will help in future.
