Contact alternative energy board they got some good pre feasibility reports and some esp regarding wind corridor of Gharo.web site aedb.org.worked back in 2008 but abondaned it due to worst law and order situation.u got land so may have local contacts too +point.if u plan to join national grid u have to setup big project like 2-5mw and rem they pay mostly after 45-60 days normal.our target was different.do they setup proposed weather station?and what is progress of turkish project?
Board dont provide loan and neither i know any govt institution who give on lower markup for such kind of project.Recently state bank increase 50 base point
