No Airport is being constructed in Rawat, it was a rumor and clarification already is in news many times. It won't affect that.
Airport is an idea, far from implementation. So just forget about it if I were you. Its long term investment. Wait another 10 years when airport idea gets put on paper then perhaps it would benefit the sector.
