Can someone please guide that the recent supreme court decision is highlighting which areas of the bahria town? There are 43 goths as mentioned by supreme court in his decision. I tried to check them on the google maps but unable to find one.
Can someone please help?
Also i am paying installments of residential plots of bahria paradise, bahria town karachi.Should i continue pay the installments after supreme court decision or wait for some time no?

Immediately stop future payment
Don’t pay anything until case fully settles in the court of law. Have patience and pray to Allah. This mess will take a while to be decided.
As i have also a 250 sqy plot in Paradise city in Bharia karachi, since i have stopped paying installment after supreme court decision they have issued surcharge amount to me, how it will be removed if they continued adding more surcharge day by day?
Don’t get tense over surcharge, they usually remove it when you settle full dues
