I have this fear about top city being a scam just like roshan pakistan. The plot prices they offer. The fact that there has been no developments so far. It's being a private/ one man show. The fact that they have the pictures on their website which are not of top city but are cleverly selected from other locations of islamabad. Motives??
Usually cda cancels noc after 5 to 7 years of the society being illegal and after the society and cda has made good fortune by misleading the public so the cda website will show the goodies much later.
Any ideas and thoughts please.
