E-12
E-13
E-14
E-15
F-12
F-13
F-14
What is their current status and are there any future prospects for investment/living purposes?

@SAADI_AQUARUIS Sb… So is there a plan of acquiring these villages by the CDA? And this would surely seem to be quite a painstaking and long process I guess.
Don’t think about these for next 20 or even 30 years!
CDA is a dead wood they have not the ability to acquire such sectors
Sir there are many hurdles in acquiring those lands and cda will not be able to acquire that…Many influential people also do not want to get this land acquired due to their personal motives…

Btw who are these Peers of that area? I have heard a lot about them esp that E11 area and Golra belongs to Peers and that they are very influential. Can someone shed some light on who they are and their history/current standing etc?

Impossible that these sectors get developed and the sad thing is that day by day qabza construction is increasing over there

Very true PK1. Ideally, it should have been the other way around. People were trusting CDA. If they had delivered by developing sectors in zone 1, they could have gained more than what they got without developing these sectors.
The present situation seems that people have diverted their attention from CDA as it happened in the case of e-12 and d-12 where CDA got a lukewarm response from the public. But in the case of BE, they got a clear warm response from the public.
E-12 & F-12 are acquired by CDA. Plots in E-12 are allotted.
Payment of build up property in E-12 & F-12 is main hurdle in development of these sectors.
E-13 to be allotted to overseas Pakistanis.
F-14 is for FGEHF and reserved for F.G employees.

Well to get rid of these peer aka land mafia, they need to hand over these sectors to Army so can clean them for CDA, otherwise there will be no CDA in coming years, it has lost it’s credibility big time.
Mian sb, E-13 for overseas Pakistanis? I am pleasantly surprised.
Any other details on that, will it actually come to life, if yes, when?
Not Acquired, bad investment.
Never ever think of investing in places like E-13…They are also not acquired right now…
