I got a 120 sq yds plot and want to construct it. I don't have budget at hand however got a decent job, insurance and little saving. If i get assistance at this moment, i can pay off debts in monthly installments for coming ten years and afterward, will have sufficient amount from insurance to pay-off remaining amount in a single go.
I haven't actually visited banks however they don't fit as per my criteria, interest in coming 10 years is too much and i personally want a ribba-free solution.
Any financial assistance against legal documentation is what i am looking for however i'm open for all kinds of suggestions.
