Which areas/cities will be most effected by the new tax and the new evaluation on market value? How long will it take for the full impact? Is it better to sell as soon as possible or wait for 2-3 years? Please give your opinion.
In my view, if you own real estate do not get panic as chances of new law implementation are very low.
