Guys, I need updates on Marina Commercial in Phase 4 Bahria Town Rawalpindi.
I have heard it would be a big flop and there is no NOC. I have also heard a rumour that these plot would be shifted to Bahria Enclave Commercial. Please update.
As of now, there is no construction activity on marina commercial. Apparently, nobody wants to take panga with this disputed and controversial project because it's legal status in in doubt. As you mentioned, it definitely has come NOC related problems, besides, the nullah on whose land this commercial was created is a threat to the buildings' structure. Cornice road has become quiet heavy for traffic, would have been better if Malik sb converted it into a proper double road, while giving service road to the residential houses on cornice road.
You mentioned interesting point that these plots are being relocated to enclave!! are you sure?
No, I not not sure that’s just a rumour crossed my ears while consulting a junior realtor, I also agree with you it must be converted into a proper double road.
