Sir in my view point,u should go a commercial investment in this budget for excellent rental return.Btw u can construct a house in G-13, G-14/4, DHA, Bahria Town…Rental return of these areas is good now a days.

Sir u can buy a commercial plot in bahria town.When u will construct plaza there,it will give u excellent rental return.U can also go for a shop in civic center bahria town which gives excellent rental returns.
If you are only looking to build a house then fair enough. Otherwise if looking just for rent. You could look to buy a couple of shops or offices. Advantage would be that you can start earning pretty quick.
