I have a budget of 2.5 crore and want a house for rental income. What's the best sector in dha-2 for living or rental purposes?

Also would it be wise to get a 5 marla in the same price in G-11? Considering G-11 has really good rental income.
Another place I was considering is D-17, houses are about 1.5 crore whereas rental is about 50k
