I am looking to start a hostel in murree for travellers. I am just curious what to rent? A house or a apartment? Which one will be better? I would need 3/4 big rooms other than a big kitchen and a big washroom area.
Hotel is best idea but if you can offer separate appartement which will be more beneficial.
