If you are moving for job than tell me where would be your office so I suggest according to this and alone or with family as in that case you need good schools nearby too. The ad you mentioned is so old no chance you can get in good area in this range. Have you consider flats? Best for security, more options in many areas and all in your range.
Well office will be at Gulbai and family is with me so I need an area with good standard school.

Then better you focus on North Nazimabad. So near to your work place, decent area with all facilities and you can find 120 if not 200 yards house on rent there. If you have temperament for longer drive than Liyari Express Way give you reach to others area too.
