The house should include at least 3 beds with 3 attached bathrooms , 24 hours water supply. The house rent should vary from 15000 to 18000 maximum , the family is ready to move in as soon as possible.
Go for block 14 or 15 and possible in 18000 if even slightly inside from main road. Ask Hameed of Rockwell (03002260884) or Abdul Qadir or Abdur Rehman of East West (0322-8625350). They are not only active here but good and honest names and as bigger agencies, so more & better options.

KK has suggested you right. You must search your desired property in Block 14 and 15. I would recommend you to leave your demand in the 'Wanted' section and I hope you will get in touch with many sellers or agents having rental properties matching your specifications.
