My question is that i am planning to come to islamabad, currently i am in karachi, and i want to shift to islamabad for job and spend sometime alone, so please guide me the steps that i should take and guide me how much monthly cost i would bear minimum average.

The biggest cost of living in islamabad is of accommodation.
It depends on where your job location is and how much you can budget in fuel. If you have fuel allowance (some companies offer a number of litres per month), then you can livea bit far from main islamabad and rent a decent home in dha phase 2 where the rents are very reasonable.
If you want to buy a home in main islamabad, you can go for g-13 or g-14 or g-15 of f-15.
