I'm afraid you cannot get the office in required areas with that budget. You need to raise your budget to 20 to 25 thousand, only then you will find a reasonable office and that too not fully furnished.

Yes its right. Its very hard to find furnished room in low budget, dear you need to increase your budget. Then you may have better choice.
A couple of my friends have a spacious office in Big City Tower at Liberty round-about in the range 15-20k per month. You can have one there and share with someone else (It can be partitioned easily). It would be around 8-10k p.m this way.

Yes it’s near liberty round about. It is on the left corner at liberty round about when coming from Kalma Chowk side (the corner of the road that goes to Qaddafi).
