I urgently need advice regarding renting a two/three bed room apartment in karachi. Need information about the best area to live. Here is information that may be helpful.
• rent budget: rs. 20,000/- to 25,000/-.
• bungalow, portion or flat - all acceptable
• preferable size: 120 square yard or more.
• frequent visits to karachi university, karsaz, nursary and korangi.
• must have features: 2/3 bed-rooms, living room, two bath rooms. American kitchen.
• must have features: storage space. Washing area. Space for hanging washed clothes.
• must have features: ample water. Relatively safe and secure place and area suitable for family living.
• preferably away from commercial area, but near to market.
• have honda civic car. Parking space must. Covered or reserved car parking preferable.
• close to public transport. Preferably close to bus stop.
• have generator. A few hours load-shedding during the day tolerable.
• family of two (husband and wife). No kids.
• profession: professor in a university.
• currently living in clifton, karachi
• born in karachi. Settled in karachi since 1980.
