I bought a plot in g-16/1 two years back when prices of this sector was artificially increased. I bought the plot in 15 lakhs now at present when i want to sell the property dealers offer rs 12 lakhs. My plot is non possession land in villiage. I was fooled by the property dealer that my land is vacant and the noc from cda is just about to be approved all of it was lie my plot is in village badahna and no is 267x i am omitting the last didgit . Can any one guide me what to do wait or sell immidiately. If i sell i get a loss of 3 lakhs please advise. Note society members are liars and infact they are all property dealers and part time society officials. I tried cda for inquiring official status they just kept quite on g-16/1. Property dealers dealing g-16 want me to sell at 12 lakhs please advise

Brother I am not an expert but I think it will take at least 5 years to start development in g-16/1, then again being very optimistic. If you want to make a house better sell it.
