3) is selling it through a commission agent a good idea or should i go direct with the buyer?

@Awais, Undeveloped CDA sectors will take time to give good profit. If you can hold on long term basis than for sure it will give you good return. Keep in mind that G-14/1, G-14/2 and G-14/3 sectors are illegally occupied by settlers and it will not be easy task for CDA to push them out. Rest God knows best.
