I have one plot 10 marla in rafi block (600 series), bahria town and due to uncertainty of ring road location in bahria town i am thinking to sale it and buy 1 kanal plot in prism.
Please suggest me is it better to hold this plot in bahria town or to sale it and buy in prism.

To me, ring road passing through bahria is a plus point, not a negative.
Malik riaz will make it look beautiful for sure, so hold on to your plot.
Prism on other hand is very long term investment. It will give you good gains but slower than Bahria Lahore.
