Karachi? They (military personnel) are paying Rs 1 million for a 500 sq yrd for DHA City Karachi plots. If that’s what you’re talking about then add a bit of your profit to this figure without inflating it unrealistically.
I think there is not much of a profit at the moment, suggest you keep it for at least 5 years because anyway you are not spending much on it.
The installments plan is quite flexible and DHA claims to give phase wise posession from 2015
And yeah, you must be aware that layout plan has been published. But if you really need to sell it, take an expert advice from the local realtors in Karachi first.
