DHA Karachi is the best invetment for ones, if any one want to invest within 10 m, then he/she must buy plot at dha karachi.

I agree with you, however could you recommend which areas or phases would be best in terms of return on investment, I am talking about long-term investment.
Also the plot should increase inequity with time, and at least double in value 5 to 10 years down the line.
