I need some advise from property gurus. I am a salaried person but interested to have a side business of constructing residential house(s) and selling. Planning to hire a contractor to do it all for me as i have no experience and time for that.
My question is, which locations in rwp/isb have good sale\ purchase turnout of houses? I can arrange budget up to 15 million pkr. Looking forward please.

In Rwp/Isb, there are many more societies to do the business but I have only experience in Bahria town so I suggest the Bahria Town Phase 8 for your business under 15 million budget , I think you should choose 10 marla plot for construction, there are many sectors like Bahria Greens, A, B, C, D, E, F1, I, H.

Construction business is not booming now days. Best option is to buy plots and wait for appreciation than sell one to built one. On the other hand gulberg has potential to give 30-40% profit in construction with in 2years time frame.
