If you are talking about DHA phase 8 in Lahore, then you will have to visit Pakistan for the final transfer. This is DHA policy. Partial completion of transfer can happen in DHA through power of attorney but most likely the purchaser of the plots will not make the payment until you visit and fully complete the transfer process. In DHA both parties have to visit DHA office and photograph is taken and this photo is attached to the file.
My suggestion is that,
(i) first of all you assess the price of DHA phase 8 by visiting the plots section of this website and then clicking on DHA and then phase 8 and talk on the phone to several property dealers as a potential buyer - the property dealers numbers are on the advertisement for each of the plots.
(ii) then authorise 1 or 2 property dealers and ask them to find you a purchaser and give them a demand price about 15 % higher than actual demand.
(iii) complete the negotiation and finalise the deal through a property dealer including time frame of full payment.
(iv) receive the token money of 2-3 lac through a relative in Pakistan.
(v) then finally visit Pakistan to close the deal.
