I have a 10 marla plot in nargis. Can anyone tell me what is the selling price in nargis? And with same amount of money can i buy 1 kanal plot somewhere nearby or anyother society?

In nargis the price ranges from 2.5 - 3.0 Million depending on the location. And in this budget you can have a 1 kanal plot in nfc 2. Which is adjacent to bahria town sector f and in fact bahria is going to have an approach to multan road from this very society so the value of this scheme is going to raise in future definitely… Now 1 kanal plot is about 1.9 million give it a visit.
Thanks mr fahad, presently i am out of lahore for few months, so visiting nfc2 is not possible. Is there any development in nfc, means roads, parks etc etc??
Dear omk, scheme is not yet developed fully parks hove not developed, that is why the rate there is low brother but it is the time because as the development process initiates the prices will definitely increase.
