Pls give est price of plot no 1243 in e sector of bahria phase . All dues are cleared
As far as i understand, this lies in the low-lying part of sector e - which has a value slightly lower than the rest of the sector. Besides it has a massive electric pole very close to it (along with a high tension wire).
I'd value it around 24 lacs max.
24 is overpriced, maybe at the end of year you would get that price. At the moment looking on zameen site, you can get phase 8 bt, e sector for around 8-10 lacks, which has some instalments remaining to pay, which paying everything the whole plot would cost around 12-15lakhs, that’s for 5 marla, but it depends upon size as well.
He's given the plot number (which is a 10 marla) and i know the area. My estimated is correct +/- 1.0 lac
I'll buy it for 23 lacs myself!! Deal?
