Is there any future of property in this area to keep the property or should i sold to first good offer

A 5 marla single story house should sell for over 50 lakh rupees there. I would suggest you sell it and try to find a cheaper but new project to invest in. You can look at plots in Rawal Enclave or University Town. Both are selling units in their 2nd phases
If you sell the property in about 5 million PKR. You can consider the following:

2- Plot in I-16/2 Five Marla Developed
