Plot no. 2581 on street behind main boulevard/park.
Why you sell something then you put the price tag on it.
Unlike car trade in Pakistan you have to mention demand for the property when listing it online

I put same plot couple of weeks ago at quite priec which was un realistic without knowing its market price, but as guided by senior memebers i checked its market price now.
Price is too high.
What is realistic price ?

The buyer might be justified in his her demand,as last year purchasers,are even unable to take their cost out,due to sudden slump,and it always gives a pain to evaluate your property in these times,
so if not in desperate need better stay away from the market,
as potential buyers due to upper hand at the moment,will just boil your blood nothing else,,
