I am an expatriate and want to buy or build a house preferably in established sectors of Islamabad. My budget is upto 25 million. My preference is for 10-14 Marla house or plot. Any advice would be highly appreciated.

Is i8 sector any better than F sectors and D12 as i have seen the prices are like F10 and F11
If you want to live with compromizes then buy a house otherwise it's good to construct your own as per your own desires.
