I have about pkr 5 million for long term investment (5 to 10 years) and i want to buy property in dha.
I understand the following options are available
1. Dha phase-9 prism lahore
2. Dha gujranwala
3. Dha multan
4. Dha bahawalpur
Can someone please advise me which dha scheme to target from this list? I understand i will likely be able to buy only 5 marla plots in this budget. Phase 9 prism seems to have the highest potential in the long run.

I would recommend dha prism 9 and one of the better location plot in dha multan whose recent ballotting is completed.Dha multan . but if you have the dollars not PKR in your kitty then i would suggest in bussiness point of view w8 till december to see hoe our currency behave.

Do you know which sector in Prism seems to be the best for long term investors?
I have mostly PKR, so it is probably a good idea to invest ASAP.
