I am planning to invest in Karachi and come across this project Al-Jadeed Society Residential & Commercial plots. Its located near Memon Goth, could be Gadap Town (comes under MDA).
Can someone advice on if investing 3 million is going to be wise decision and
Hows the market around it.
If it can be leased easily.
If the location justifies this price tag.
Also, if you can advise on other SAFE options in Karachi under 3 Million price tag.
