I came across the Al-Jalil Developers’ Facebook page and saw that the Al-Jalil Garden Housing Scheme has announced the date for its grand ballot – August 14. The society developers have requested members to clear their dues by July 29. The project has residential plots from 3-marla to 11-marla.
I have heard good things about this project that was picked as one of the Top 10 housing schemes to invest in Lahore. Have you guys heard anything? Is this a good and safe investment? How much profit can one expect to make on 3 and 5 marla plots in (let's say) 2 years?
