Garden city has installment plan. For a 10 marla bookings started at 35 lacs. You pay 5.60 upfront and pay test in quarterly installments (4.75 each)

Garden city is within phase 8 bahria town rwp, i must add... Also, these installment options have been taken up by investors. You have to pay them upto 5-10 lacs on top to take it. Why you would pay anything on top? Because you are expected to make even more!!!
