Bahria enclave sector p? Investment advice.

I would like to ask how is this investment?? I would like to invest max 25 lac. Seniors please suggest me if this this good investment or some other sector in this range.

Bahria experts, please do give your advice not only about P but also about L sector. They say that L sector is going to be the top one once developed.

@anwar! u r bit late coz profit has increased. Anyways its good for investment since merging two files of enclave 2 drops ur cost to 20 lac. So its good.

I would suggest to go for 5 marla in N block rather than P block if u hv 25 lacs budget.

But Khan sb as per my information, all 5 marla of P sector have been merged with N sector and now N is a bigger Sector having both original and newer launch of so called P sector.

What is location of P block

I am getting 10 marla plot on installments (Total Price 52 Lacs). Is this a good option. I am not sure about prices in Baheria enclave sector P. Can anyone please tell me is this a good offer?

Can someone advise on what is the profit running on 5 and 10 Marla in sector P? I am looking for options to merge BE 2 files.

5 marla rate changes daily i gues for general plot its somwat 2.75 and onwards

10 marla is around 80,000 to 1 lac

All 5 marla of new launch in sector P are in Sector N now.

As an investment option, 5 Marla category in N block is better than 10 marla in P block.

N sector apparently has very good topography, mostly solid hilly kinda area, that in my view is a rare feature n must be given priority to.

Secondly, its location is far better than F, G, H, I, J, K, L, M.

Why, because Enclave Avenue and 10th Avenue will go thru this sector first and then to southern blocks. Developed general plots in H block are about 28-30 lac whereas in N you can get a category plot with merging in about 23-25 lac i guess. So when developed, plots in N block will be much higher priced due to its location, topography and category, if chosen.

If you measure approximate distance from the entrance, it will be about the same as that of B-1 sector, whose prices are far higher.

Lastly, the city centre mall is under construction in nearby M sector.

So quite a good opportunity to invest at this price and flexibility i guess.

Which streets are better in N sector, old booking or new booking where merging can be done,

11th Avenue

St 25, 24, 23, 22, 21, 19, 26 (B,F,H,I,J,K,L) Road 1A,

Development is goin on at 11th Avenue and St25,24 which will be completed before any other street/road there based on my info.
