Can experts share their views about recently balloted Bahria Town Golf View Residencia and what are the market rates for 10M.
The current rate for 10 Marla is between Rs. 40 to 50 lacs. In case of Bahria Town, its the name that sells. During last 6 months, property rates in Golf View Residencia have increased by 25% and the process is still on. Property rates here still have a margin to increase by 50% but how soon will that happen, i cannot predict.

Rates are already soared up there... Dont you think 40 to 50 lacs for a 10 Marla is already on a very higher side for a recently balloted scheme. Even if it is BAHRIA...
It seems no reason to believe on a sustained rise further in it, but chances of decline are more higher.
