Dear all in last few months bahria town orchard raiwind road has lot of buying selling and property prices risen sharply. Now with the news of bahria town management blocking all those plots which has not paid upto 11 installments has slowed down the sale/purchase. Can anyone have further details in this regard.

Dear freind they have given time upto 28th july, to all 2000 file holders who have not paid their installments. They will have to pay all fine and 50000 extra charges to re-open the file. Lets see how many files go on resale if people do not pay installments their plots will be cancelled.
Also one point to note here due to eid and many person visiting back pakistan still sale and purchase is quite hing in bahria town lahore, dha and almost all societies.
