I want to buy a plot up to 24 laks to resell it in one or two months to make 20000 to 50000 now i want to know that where is the best opportunity for that ,

Or i,ve been advised by a property dealer to buy a plot in i sector in phase 8 (he says i can sell it within two months with profit i don't know if he is honest with we or he just want to make his commission)now i,m confuse where to buy because i don't want to buy a plot and get stuck with it i want to buy and sell(try to start my own business) so can you guys please advice me what to do or where to buy where i can sell it in the span of 1 or 2 month.Thanks i,ll be really thankful to your response.
