I am getting plot in bt ph 7 i want to build house on that but this plot is in depression measuring 10 ft can.I built basement on it
I don’t think it would be wise not to make a basement. Filling and compaction would not be very fruitful, in my opinion.
You ONLY buy such a plot if you DO plan to make a basement. Otherwise, its a waste of money, whether you are buying for investment or construction.
I m getting it on very reasonable price but the issue is can I built basement whether its going to suit with the environment.
Avoid these typr of plot in phase 7…They are useless.
Depression Plots are cheap because the construction cost is vey high on them so you should avoid those plots and buy in Phase 8 A,B,D,C, Safari valley instead
