1: dha valley (5,8 marla residential)

2: bahria town karachi (1kanal residential)

3: i-16 or i-14, what sub sector is good

4: bahria phase8

Commercial:

Ali commercial, plot#4(15 x 20), 22 lac

Umer commercial, plot#1,2(15 x 20), 28 lac

Usman commercial, plot#3(15 x 20), 33 lac

Business district south,plot#47,5marla(30 x 40), 35 lac

Option 2:Bahria town Karachi.

Option 3:I-16 or I-14.

Both above options are good for investment point of view.

Option 1:For long term

Option 4:Is safe and good for living but slow return.

I-16 is good. No idea about commercial plots.

You can get good location 30x60 plot in I-16/2 and I-16/4.

Mohsin sahib, timing is very important in property investment. 30 days ago Nadeem sahib told you to invest in BTK, now you can see prices are increased too much now

You could easily buy 250sq in P 6/8/16 but now only ON has been reached upto 35+lac.

Yes timing is important. A friend of mine, BTK dealer has told me not to rush as bahria town karachi prices are not expected to rise very soon.

Please provide the rate of 500yrds non ballated
