Best Investment In Budget Of 15 Lac

I want to buy a plot for residential purpose under the budget of 15 lac in Islamabad.

Please recommend some good option.

In islamabad i think no option except ghouri town.e16 roshan Pakistan jkchs zone 5.

Wait a bit sir. Bahria Town Rwp's sector M 5 marla plot should be in your range (very soon apparently).

It's lurking around 18-19 presently.

DHA valley oleander and bluebell 5 marla as bluebell possession announced and 2nd one is oleander,and got potential in 2 year time frame…

I am also waiting for that good times, but after Bahria's and DHA's issue in Karachi, rift has started, Bahria and DHA are divorcing each other in Islamabad in DHA valley project, DHA would not be able to acquire land or develop without Bahria's support.

So DHA valley prices will decrease further, this is what i see.

Friends, don’t believe on rumours. We have seen many times that these kind of *news* destroyed wealth of many. Wait until something comes up from DHA itself!

Are u sure Junaid, DHA Valley Blue Bell possession has been announced?

Usman Aslam some good options for you in Zone 5. You can also buy a file in Jinnah Garden Phase I.

I will suggest you 2 other options in Zone 2 that are possible in your budget and in my assessment not bad investments.

10 marla in AWT Sector G. Yes This is the rocky part but you can find some plots that are still reasonable. These are going to appreciate like everything else in AWT with interchange opening.

10 marla in E-18 Gulshan-e-Sehat.
