Hi seniors. I have around 4 million. Can be stretched to 4.5 million.
I can wait 5, even 7 years.
I need a place (preferably 14 marla or above) that i can either construct for living purposes (in 5-7 years time) or sell off for a handsome profit.
Any advice from seniors would be much appreciated.

Hope you are doing well. Thats great that you are planning for an investment. There are a number of options in 4 to 4.5 Million bracket but I cant suggest anything which is 14 Marla in your range.
If I had the chance to invest 4.5M I would have explored
I-15/15
BT Phase 8 (Safari, M block, L block)
Gulberg Residencia
B17 - E/F/G Blocks
Bahria Enclave
Korang Town/Pakistan Town/Naval Anchorage
Bani Gala - Areas with good street size and on height
I am afraid non of these places offer 14 Marla land in 4.5 Million.
If buying a 14Marla is a must in your budget I will suggest you to have a look at Bani Gala open lands, Rawat side, Shah Allah Ditta, Simly Dam Road.
This is the best to my knowledge.

In your budget, you can get a plot with possession in above mentioned locations.
I would suggest looking towards murree side as well. Plots are around 2-3.5 lac per Marla close to expressway.
