Its ranges somehwere between 50 and 60 lacs.
@Ahmed ali ,10 marla plots in block Y ranges btv 50-65 lac.
10 marla &1kanal files(Z-block) around 33.25 & 58 lac,respectively.
@Mansoor Azam #1 Possession certificate or site-plan depends whether possession is declared by DHA in that particular Pocket or not. Confirm from DHA before buying.
2 if u r buying plot/file from Army Allotte,u ll not get transferred property on your name until that Allotte get NOC(permission to sell)from GHQ. In case of civilians,property is transferred after clearance of NDC (NO demand Certificate).
3 Original Allotment letter is handed over to DHA at time of transfer by the seller & u ll get New letter on ur name within 15 working days.
